CUBE 2026
CUBE 2026
Learn how real AI teams work. By working like one.
CUBE 2026 is a production-oriented AI engineering challenge by Sydon.AI, in collaboration with CodeQuesters, built for engineering students, recent graduates, freshers, and early-career developers who want to go beyond AI demos and experience how real agentic systems are engineered.
CUBE stands for Collaborate · Uplift · Build · Earn - the four principles at the heart of the experience. Across multiple rounds, participants will build, integrate, and defend AI agentic solutions based on real-world problem statements.

Who Can Participate?
CUBE 2026 is open to:
Engineering students
Recent engineering graduates
Freshers / early-career developers
You don't need to be an AI expert. What matters is the ability to learn, build, experiment, and solve problems.
What You'll Do
Build an AI agentic solution based on a real-world problem statement
Explore, experiment, test, and iterate on your solution
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Cursor, and others to accelerate development
Collaborate with unknown participants in the later stage
Integrate independently built agents into one connected solution
Explain and defend the architecture, decisions, and final system
Challenge & Problem Statements
On 18 September 2026, during the CUBE Kickoff, participants will receive an overview of the challenge and the types of problem statements they can expect to work on, along with a brief introduction to the overall challenge.
The detailed problem statements will be revealed on 24 September 2026. On the same day, the problem statement selection portal will go live, allowing participants to review the available challenges and select their preferred problem statement through the portal.
The selected problem statement will define the problem, requirements, constraints, inputs, expected outcomes, and other elements needed to build the solution.
How CUBE Works
Round 1 - Screening
All registrations will go through a screening process based on the GitHub, LinkedIn, resume, technical background, and other information provided during registration. Based on this screening, selected participants will advance to Round 2 - Build.
Around 100 selected participants will also receive an exclusive invitation to attend the offline CUBE 2026 experience in Hyderabad, while the remaining selected participants will be able to join the Kickoff online via a live meeting.
Round 2 - Build
Participants individually build an AI agentic solution based on the selected challenge and problem statement.
Round 3 - Integrate
Selected finalists are grouped into Pods (Teams) with other participants. Each participant brings their independently built solution, and the team works together to integrate them into one connected system.
Grand Finale - Defend
Final teams showcase their system and defend their engineering decisions, architecture, implementation, and overall solution.
