Speaker

Olga Flikovskaya is an international corporate lawyer with more than 20 years of experience across private practice and in-house roles, working across multiple jurisdictions. She holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University and an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Services Law from the National University of Singapore, and has completed legal studies at the University of Sydney. Olga is qualified to practise in Israel and New South Wales, Australia. Her experience spans the full company lifecycle, including corporate structuring, governance, capital raising, investments, M&A and shareholder disputes.

Based in Singapore, Olga currently holds senior regional legal role at an MNC, where she serves as Head of Legal for South East Asia, advising management across the region on strategic, corporate and commercial matters, including cross-border transactions and M&A.

This combination of transactional, in-house and contentious experience gives Olga a practical perspective on investment readiness and legal de-risking: she understands what sophisticated investors need to see before committing capital, while recognising the legal weaknesses that can create problems for founders and investors later. She has seen first-hand how companies are built — and how unclear ownership, obligations and decision-making rights can turn business partners into adversaries when the legal architecture is not designed properly from day one.

Women Founders Investment Readiness Pipeline 2026 is an expert-led programme supported by Riga Municipality.
Participation is fully funded for eligible founders.
