The Founder’s Canvas: A Creative Strategy Workshop for Technical Founders Stuck on a Startup Problem
About the Event
Most founders don’t fail because of a technical problem. They fail because they get stuck in a logic loop, trying to solve new challenges with the same analytical thinking that created them.
When that happens, the real constraint isn’t technology or resources. It’s perspective.
If you’re a technical founder who tends to double down on analysis when a problem gets hard, this workshop will help you unlock new solution paths without abandoning structured thinking.
During the workshop, we’ll run a live startup strategy experiment.
Using real challenges from the startup world, we’ll map the problems and push them through structured creative frameworks to uncover solution paths most founders would never consider.
By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with a new way of reframing strategic problems and a set of creative thinking tools you can use whenever your startup hits a wall.
Inside the Founder’s Strategy Lab, we will:
• Break down hidden assumptions behind the challenge
• Reframe the problem using the Founder’s Canvas
• Generate unconventional solution paths
• Pressure-test ideas using systems thinking
This workshop is intentionally small and interactive, so spots are limited.
