A system can pass every functional test and still frustrate the people using it.
Ana will explore the connection between QA and UX, and how testers can become better at noticing confusing flows, friction points, and accessibility barriers that functional checks may not capture.
Drawing from her experience in multimedia environments, she’ll also look at how UX/UI and graphic design knowledge can strengthen a tester’s perspective without requiring QA professionals to become designers.

Professional self-doubt does not always mean there is a genuine knowledge gap.
Karoline will bring a QA and Agile mindset to impostor syndrome, looking at how evidence, feedback loops, questioning assumptions, and continuous learning can help professionals examine self-doubt more clearly.
Rather than trying to eliminate uncertainty altogether, the session focuses on recognising it, understanding what is actually missing, and responding with investigation rather than assumption.
