βπ« About the Event
β'The strength of the wolf is the pack, the strength of the pack is the wolf.' β Rudyard Kipling
βThe world feels heavy. Many of us are holding so much weight, collectively and personally.
βJoin us in an evening of soothing ~of slowing ~ and of sharing.
βAs we move toward the Spring Equinox and the Earth prepares itself to bring forth new life, we can turn towards our plant allies for support.
βIn the March Circle, our lovely Pack Sister, Tawnya, will invite you to spend some time learning and relating to a few herbal allies. You will meet these herbs through a beautiful grounding tea ritual, taking a mindful moment to connect in with yourself, and to invite in the lessons the plant allies offer.
βTo bring:
βsmall blanket and sitting cushion
βyoga mat
βjournal, pen
βwater bottle
βinside slippers if desired
βoptional: your favourite tea mug for the tea ritual
β
