E Society Memberships and Event Tickets are nonrefundable.

E Society memberships are nonrefundable because membership is an annual commitment to a relationship-based professional community designed to foster visibility, trust, and long-term business connection. Membership supports the ongoing infrastructure, programming, member benefits, and community-building efforts that make the network possible throughout the year. Because membership access and resources begin upon enrollment and are tied to this ongoing annual commitment, membership dues are nonrefundable.

If an event requires upfront ticket purchases due to reservation policies with restaurants, caterers, meeting spaces, venues, facilitators, or other vendors, all ticket sales are final.

Many events require confirmed attendance in advance so that food, materials, space, accommodations, and other resources can be secured based on the number of registered guests. These costs are incurred regardless of individual attendance once reservations and purchases are made.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds for event tickets.
