About Event

For Mental Health Awareness Month, move&make is hosting a special evening dedicated to something most women have never been told, but know deep down is true: your brain is wired differently than a man's, and that changes everything about how you experience stress, anxiety, memory, and aging.

We're bringing together a psychotherapist, a licensed therapist, and a nervous system coach to break it all down. This is the kind of conversation that makes you go "why didn't anyone tell me this sooner?"

The evening includes natural wine at Third Place, permanent jewelry by Permanently Loved, wellness merch, stickers, and a room full of women in Orange County who are choosing to understand themselves better.
