Run of Show: Chicago

​You fill other people's rooms for a living. For one night, you get one of your own.

​You carry a number everyone can see, and almost no one around you actually gets the work behind it. Run-of-Show puts event planners, trade show organizers, field marketers, and conference organizers in the same room for a night.

​What it is

​Sixty minutes of structured networking, then thirty minutes of content. The rounds are matched, so instead of scanning the room you meet the organizers actually in your lane and trade the problems, fixes, and opportunities you're each sitting on. Then we put a few of the room's events on the table and solve them together.

​Format

• ​6:00 to 6:30 Arrival & light bites. Settle in and meet a few people before the rounds begin.

• ​6:30 to 7:30 Structured networking. Timed, matched conversations via Reuneo, so you meet the organizers in your lane instead of scanning the room.

• ​7:30 to 8:00 Presentations & content. We put a few of the room's events on the table and work them as a group.
