We are lucky enough to be hosted by our Italian member who works in hospitality in Tuscany, and has set us up with a private luxury family estate (not typically listed to the public).
Located a ~1.5hr drive from Rome...this villa is surrounded entirely by nature. Think hotsprings on the land, vineyards and rolling hills, and no other people or houses in sight. Just us, nature, and the chance for magic to unfold.
UPDATE: Main house full. 2 remaining places at a handpicked, premium next-door property—same countryside magic, same curated experience.

Villa breakfasts with seasonal fruit and good olive oil
A visit to a pecorino maker with tastings
Hand-rolled pasta making class
Trattoria classics, white truffle, local game
Polished restaurant meals, in settings worth remembering
We’ll also bring local cooks into the house, the kitchen is a gorgeous gathering place
Pasta is the star of the journey, but don't forget the world-level meat the region offers paired with excellent Tuscan wine. Don't forget that autumn will bear its gifts with seasonal white truffle and local game.
If you’re gluten free or have other needs, tell us in advance and we’ll plan tasty alternatives.
Meet you Hosts
Mel Miles — Founder, OneThousandClub & Weekend Host
Founder of OneThousandClub, Mel bridges the club’s soul with the places we land. She curates the flow—who’s at the table, how the day unfolds, when a small detail becomes a memory—so the experience feels both intimate and elevated. Expect gentle morning grounding, thoughtful conversations, music that sets the room, and a few well-placed surprises. Mel is the connective tissue between OTC’s vision and the local world we’re stepping into, adding just enough magic to every moment.
Marco Antonio Caporale — Local Host
Cofounder of Heima—a company that develops and manages unique hospitality projects and out-of-the-box experiences—and a true Italian at heart. Marco has spent 25 years in and around this village, so he knows the springs, the trattorie, the producers, and the back roads by heart. Expect him up early pulling espresso and leading gentle qigong, then guiding us to the kind of places you only find with a local. At dinner he’ll nudge the conversation deeper and keep the vibe alive.
Mark Tosi – Host & Culinary Lead
Cofounder of Heima, Mark builds places where meals become memories. With a family home in Tuscany and years spent learning its rhythms, he knows who to buy from, what’s in season, and how to let ingredients speak. Over the weekend he’s the quiet conductor—sourcing, lighting the fire, and leading relaxed showcooking sessions. Expect simple food made beautifully: bistecca over embers, hand-rolled pici, olive oil that changes the conversation. His craft is hospitality—making you feel at home while the table comes to life. If there’s magic in the room, he’s usually stirring it.
Mosè Schwarz — Photographer & Kitchen Soul
A marketing sociologist in training (PhD ongoing) and a culture obsessive, Mosè moves between the lens and the kitchen with the same curiosity. His photography leans into the in-between moments—hands in dough, a pot left to simmer, the pause before glasses meet. His cooking anchors the house. Expect unfussy, deeply flavored plates, produce-led menus, and the kind of sauces his grandma would make. During this weekend, he’ll cook alongside Mark, ensuring the vibe stays generous: pots humming, bread tearing, wine pouring.
