We are pleased to invite you to an exclusive curator-led tour of the ongoing “In Her Hands” female artists group exhibition.
“In Her Hands” features the works of three distinguished female artists:
• Han Sai Por: A recipient of the Cultural Medallion in Singapore, renowned for her sculptures that explore the relationship between nature and humanity, reflecting her concern for the ecological environment.
• Kumari Nahappan: Established Female public artist. Her works encompass sculpture, painting, and installation art, often themed around natural elements, reflecting the integration of culture and ecology.
• Kanoko Takaya: A Japanese artist living in Bali, whose works include paintings and installations that present subtle dialogues between humans and their environment, exploring the complexities of self, memory, and perception.The event will feature wine and exquisite snacks, allowing you to enjoy culinary delights while appreciating art.

The tour will be jointly conducted by three curators, including Tan Siuli，former head of Collections and Senior Curator at the Singapore Art Museum, Audrey Zhang -Prestige Gallery Owner, former BBC documentary director, and Rick Shi, the curator of this exhibition. They will provide in-depth insights into the exhibition’s themes, the narratives behind the artists’ works, and the connection between artistic creation and ecological consciousness.
