NYC Hui's for Hawai'i Fundraiser
ALOHA! Join us for an Intimate Fundraising Dinner to support Oʻahu Relief efforts.
Many families and the community that Tejas was raised around were severely impacted. Many farms and homes have flooded with mud and personal effects ruined. The water supply was heavily impacted on the North Shore and damages are over $1 billion.
Join us for a one-night-only, limited seating dinner at Frank’s House in Brooklyn—an evening of food, community, and purpose.
Hosted by Tejas Bleu in collaboration with Vitor Mendes, Jesse Henderson, Wenjay Ying, and F&Bar, this multi-course experience brings together a collective of chefs, each presenting a course that reflects their individual craft and perspective.
Farm produce will be provided by Heermance Farms!
The evening begins with a paired amuse-bouche by F&Bar:
Lobster escargot with champagne.
Followed by:
Wen-Jay Ying
Spring Gazpacho
Jesse Henderson
Root Vegetable Gratin
smoked trout roe, buttermilk sauce
Tejas Bleu
Viet-style risotto
Wild Jonah crab, chicken pho broth, pecorino, parmesan, ramp sauce, crispy onions
Vitor Mendes
Caramel flan
Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to engage directly with the chefs, gaining insight into the process, ingredients, and stories behind each dish.
A curated beverage pairing will accompany the opening course, and the night will also feature a live opportunity to bid on select offerings—further supporting relief efforts.
This dinner is dedicated to raising funds for those impacted by the recent flooding on the island of Oʻahu—home, heritage, and community.
