Restorative Sound Bath at Gevity
Part of our Public Access Series — select Gevity events open beyond membership.
An afternoon pause to unplug, soften, and return to yourself. This deeply restorative sound bath blends vibrational sound therapy and Reiki to calm the nervous system and support full-body regulation.
Led by Cassie, a multidisciplinary artist and Certified Reiki Master serving the Austin wellness community since 2019, this intimate session draws from her experience in sound therapy, crystal bodywork, and herbalism. The experience begins with a gentle grounding body scan, moves into an hour-long Reiki-infused sound meditation, and includes immersive instruments played both around and directly over the body.
Expect crystal and Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, tuning forks, and subtle individual sound activations within a small, supportive setting. You’ll leave feeling grounded, regulated, and more at ease moving forward.
Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets are provided. You’re welcome to bring water or a journal if you’d like to capture insights. No prior experience needed.
