How to Give Your Agents Secure Access To Email (DON'T connect Gmail)

​I'm paranoid about the risk of prompt injection via email, so I've spent the last few months building a setup that allows me to:

1. ​Add important emails to any agent's context and/or my second brain

2. ​Send emails as an agent, using the agent's own dedicated email address and inbox

3. ​Weave this into my daily agent standups and weekly retros, so that I don't miss important emails

​And I've done all of this without connecting my primary Gmail to Claude. I will probably never connect Claude to Gmail, for reasons I'll explain next week.

​I've achieved this with 2 tools: AgentMail, and Resend.
