Forget boring workouts — Twerk Therapy makes fitness fun, empowering, and just a little spicy.
Over 6 weeks, you’ll learn twerk-inspired fitness and dance moves designed to build strength, boost confidence, and help you feel good in your body. Whether you’re here to nail dance floor moves or simply laugh, sweat, and connect, this workshop is for you.
No dance experience required. Come as you are — leave feeling strong, sexy, and supported.

Weekly guided dance + fitness session (same class offered Saturday or Sunday)

Drop-In: $30 per class
Full 6-Class Workshop: $165 (save $15)
