โNarayan Rangarajan is the Head of Agile R&D at Ather Energy, where he aligns product vision with engineering and technology strategy to drive innovation in electric mobility. He brings over two decades of experience managing diverse product portfolios and building engineering teams that translate advanced technology into scalable products. Prior to joining Ather, Narayan worked with Altair Engineering and TVS Harita Seating Systems in product and engineering roles. His industry expertise has contributed to shaping Atherโs technology strategies and supporting its growth as one of Indiaโs leading EV companies. He has filed 60+ patents and published more than 15 technical papers, reflecting his deep engagement with hardware innovation and product development.
