​This Wednesday we have two special guests at Tech Wednesdays: Veronica Garth and Chloe Xing Schimpf, co-founders of Hot Girls Investment Club (HGIC).

​HGIC (Hot Girls Investment Club) is an Edmonton-born community bringing women together around business, investing, wealth and opportunity. Founded on the idea that conversations about money and ownership should be more accessible, engaging and fun, HGIC connects founders, professionals and investors through education, workshops, a growing network and opportunities to explore investing across multiple asset classes, and have a good time doing it.

​There's still no stage. Nobody presents, and there's no keynote. Veronica and Chloe will be in the room, talking to whoever walks up. Ask them how HGIC started, how they think about investing, or what they'd tell someone just starting out.

​It's the same Tech Wednesdays as every other week: founders, engineers, designers, students, investors, career switchers and people figuring out their next move. Some have been in tech for 20 years. Some haven't written a line of code yet. Come alone, you won't be the only one.
