Principled Business Webinar: Labor Market Resilience in the Age of AI
As artificial intelligence reshapes how businesses operate and how people work, the labor market is becoming more dynamic—and more diverse. Workers are increasingly combining traditional employment with freelancing, independent work, entrepreneurship, and other flexible arrangements.
In this conversation, economist Liya Palagashvili will discuss how AI may influence jobs, skills, business formation, and the growth of new forms of work. But the central question is not simply how technology changes work—it is whether labor markets are resilient enough to help businesses and workers adapt. She will explore how businesses can respond to changing opportunities and how policies like portable benefits can empower the next generation of workers by helping them build security and flexibility as AI transforms the economy.
