Business Operations for Architecture Firms: A Hands-on AI Workshop

​Evelyn Lee, FAIA, an Approved Claude SMB Trainer, spends the first half of this 90-minute session on Claude and frontier models: how to brief them like a new hire, how to get real work out of the ready-made templates, and how to check what comes back before it reaches a client. The second half is hands-on. Attendees will turn meeting notes into a client follow-up email and draft a proposal section from one the firm has already sent, and get to more if time allows.

​Eligible attendees get a free month of Claude Max. The free month is for new Claude Max subscriptions only, so you qualify if you have never subscribed to Claude Max. Registration closes two working days before the workshop, on Thursday, December 3 at 9:00 AM Pacific, because the codes are set up in advance.

​Who it's for: principals, firm leaders, project architects and operations staff at firms of any size. No AI experience needed.

​What to bring: a computer with the Claude desktop app installed and enough screen room to follow along on Zoom and share your screen, one set of your own meeting notes, and one proposal section your firm has already sent, with client names and fees removed. A second monitor helps. Setup steps arrive a week before the session.
