​​​This edition of BNB Hack: Bengaluru, India introduces a series of activities to assist builders ahead of the hackathon, giving you time to meet collaborators, solve your questions with the team, and arrive on-site in Bengaluru, India ready to build your project during the in-person hackathon.

​​​Registration closes on Jan 15, 2025.

​​​Kickoff begins on December 20 with online sessions for orientation and team formation, followed by the offline hackathon in Bengaluru, India on January 26–27.
Accepted participants will receive an onboarding email with next steps, including access to Discord and the full pre-hackathon schedule.

​​​This hackathon is all about creative freedom. We’re not giving you a prescriptive brief — instead, we’re inviting you to choose a track and build anything you believe pushes the frontier forward.

​​​On December 16, the top teams will present their projects live to judges and the BNB Chain community.

​​​🚨 Participation in the demo is mandatory for finalists — so bring your best pitch and show us your build!

​​​Submission Requirements

• ​​​Projects live on the testnet or mainnet after the announcement date.

• ​​​Projects must not participate in any past hackathons or previously funded ones to ensure equal opportunity.

• ​​​Work must be deployed on or connected to opBNB/BSC mainnet or testnet in some way, open source, and free for others to use.

• ​​​Shared artifacts (GitHub, deck, and demo video).

• ​​​Ensure the contract address has at least 2 successful transactions within the hackathon timeframe.

• ​​​A tweet describing your project, tag @BNBChain & use the hashtag #BNBHack, and the specific challenge you are applying for.

​​​Scoring Criteria

​​​Submissions will be evaluated based on Design and Usability, Scalability, Innovation, Open Source, and Integration. To maximize scores, showcase your roadmap, open-source contributions, and community engagement, with a clear path to a sustainable business model.
