A strong, mindful session guided by an experienced host in the beautiful BeStrong studio.

💨 Breathwork Session
Tap into your body and breath with a guided session — the perfect way to activate your nervous system before heading in the ice.

❄️ Ice Bath
Music, energy, guidance, and good people. Whether it’s your first or tenth plunge, every one’s unforgettable.

🥐 Brunch
A well-deserved reset. Food, drinks, and cozy time — everything’s included.
