Her Code, Their Future: Advancing AI Through Women’s Perspectives

🗓️ In celebration of the 11th UN International Day of Women and Girls in Science

The Consulates General of France and India in San Francisco invite you to an inspiring evening exploring how gender, culture, and experience shape the way we build, access, and adopt Artificial Intelligence.

In a society that is both mixed-gendered and multi-skilled—but where AI remains largely male-dominated—our speakers will explore how women and differently-gendered people engage with AI differently, and why this matters.

🔍 What we’ll explore

Through scientific, entrepreneurial, and societal lenses, the discussion will address:

  • 🧠 Who builds AI - and who doesn’t?

  • 🚪 Disparities in access, adoption, and appropriation of AI across genders and societies

  • 🌍 How inclusive and gender-balanced approaches can unlock AI’s potential for tech-for-good

  • 💡 Ways to inspire more diverse participation in shaping the future of AI

The conversation will be interactive and forward-looking, engaging directly with a diverse and mixed audience.

🌐 A truly international dialogue

This event sits at the crossroads of France, India, and the United States, bringing together perspectives from three major AI ecosystems.

🎤 Confirmed speakers

Alongside the honorable presence of Consular representatives from France and India, we are delighted to welcome:

  • 👩‍💻 Mrs. Eugénie Rives, technology executive, innovator and digital pioneer, Managing Director of the GenAI strategy at Google Deepmind

  • 🧑‍💼 Sripal Chittyreddy, Tech Consul at the Consulate General of India in San Francisco

The evening will also feature insights from the 2026 New Delhi AI Impact Summit, building on the momentum of the 2025 Paris AI Action Summit, co-organized by France and India.

🥂 Networking reception

A cocktail and networking reception will immediately follow the panel—an ideal opportunity to continue the conversation and connect with fellow researchers, entrepreneurs, and AI practitioners.

We look forward to welcoming you for an evening of dialogue, inspiration, and global perspectives on the future of AI, seen through the woman lens :)
