Prolific is bringing the AI community together in San Francisco to explore the evolving role of humans in post-training, alignment, evaluation, and AI at large.
This series is designed to foster thoughtful exchange between researchers, practitioners, and builders, highlighting the evolving involvement of humans in AI.
This Month's Theme: Researchers Building Real-World Tooling for AI
For our inaugural event, we’ll spotlight researchers who have taken their academic work beyond the lab, creating tools that are now part of real-world AI workflows.
Confirmed speakers:
Phelim Bradley – CEO & Co-Founder, Prolific. Sharing the Prolific founding story and lessons from building the infrastructure for human inputs powering today’s AI.
Jiaxin Pei – Postdoc at Stanford HAI & incoming Assistant Professor at UT Austin. His research focuses on LLMs, agentic systems, and HCI. At UMich, he co-created Potato, an open-source data labeling system for effective and responsive human computation.
