About Event

Navigating the AI-Product shift: how it is reshaping product responsibilities, tools, and careers.

We'll have guests from Meta, IBM, as well as Pre-Seed to Series C startups. Still inviting a few more guests, but see below for who is already finalized.

Please note that this event series is for people with 5+ years of experience in Product: Senior and Group PMs, as well as Product founders, CPOs, and Heads of Product.

Description:

From discovery to growth, Product responsibilities are evolving rapidly. Engage directly with experts from startups to larger companies about the challenges, tools, and changes they’re adapting to in real time — and join the conversation on how to adjust and where the Product field is headed next.

General Layout of Every Meeting:

  • Intro and Context Check (5 mins)

  • Guest Interview (20 min): Beata introduces and interviews the guest. Opportunity to jump in and ask questions as the interview unfolds. Guest demos their most recent and impactful AI-integrations and workflows. 10 min Q&A.

  • Pulse Check (30 min): Open floor for members to ask questions most relevant to them.“What’s happening in your org this week? Problems you're facing? Effective AI frameworks and implementations?” — and then engages in an exchange with other enrolled members. "Show us!"

From every session:

  • Walk away each week with battle-tested tactics you can implement immediately.

  • Cut through the noise by getting firsthand insight from peers shipping with AI.

  • Benchmark your org with other top performers.

  • Build a trusted peer network of Product leaders facing the same internal headwinds. Utilize the space as a stage for authentic credibility.

We meet every Wednesday at 4pm EST for one hour.

Price: $17 / session.

You must be able to attend the majority of sessions. There are 9 sessions total.

Sessions:

Week 1 – Discovery & Research with John Conneely: Jan 7th: what are the most helpful tools for scraping and gathering data about your target users? how have you automated certain parts of the process while also improving the quality of user research?

Week 2 – Prototyping, Validation & Design with Samantha Fernandez: Jan 14th: in my experience, vibe coding tools are excellent for early ideas but often struggle as detail accumulates — what tools are best for scale? How do you fold AI into your design workflow, and what metrics truly signal early PMF?

Week 3 – Prioritization & Roadmapping with Parul Verma: Jan 21st: are traditional roadmaps still the best way to guide teams, or are there better alternatives? which AI tools are best for sharpening prioritization and alignment?

Week 4 – Execution & Delivery with Poojan Jhaveri: Jan 28th: how do you set realistic goals while staying flexible for the unknown? what’s the best way to adjust and communicate changes without losing stakeholder trust?

Week 5 – Growth & Retention with Nicolas Liatti: Feb 4th: which metrics matter most for retention and growth? how are you using AI to better understand your data, track patterns, and improve retention? how has AI improved your processes and what does that look like now (before vs. now)?

Part II: Expanded Lens

Week 6 – Cross-Functional Leadership: Earning Credibility Across Teams with Eileen Lowry: Feb 11th: what behaviors have earned you credibility among design, engineering, and other teams? what makes PMs effective leaders when AI is shifting design, engineering, and marketing practices?

Week 7 – Stakeholder & Customer Management with Marie-Ange Eyoum Tagne, PhD: Feb 18th: how can PMs balance customer demands and stakeholder pressure in a climate of rising AI-driven expectations? what’s changed in your process since adopting new tools?

Part III: Meta Discussions

Week 8 – The Future of the Product Role with Sam Ho: Feb 25th: with AI accelerating design and engineering, is Product becoming the new bottleneck? how do we prevent that — or adapt if it’s true? what are core strategies to improve our contributions as PMs?

Week 9 — Meta Recap and Reflections: March 4th: (optional but great for locking in meaningful relationships formed over the past 8 weeks). Free flow conversation and closing.

Testimonials

"If you're a product leader trying to figure out how AI changes your role in real-time, this is your crew. Beata curates guests who are in the trenches, and the open discussions have been more valuable than any conference panel I've attended."

- Gavin McNamara

"The process of joining these sessions was unique for me. Beata reached out directly and promised a small space for like-minded product folk to connect, share, and learn from both peers and experienced members of the product community.

Throughout all the sessions, Beata remained professional but also allowed us, the audience, to shape the outcomes of each individual talk and worked with us to tweak the format to suit our needs and expectations.

I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to try something different, network with talented individuals, and learn a thing or two about product building along the way."

- John Conneely
