Institutions, Elites, and the Future of Civic Life
Join The Pamphleteer on the evening of December 10 with writer Aaron Renn presented in partnership with American Reformer.
Renn—one of today’s most influential voices on culture, institutions, Christianity, and the future of civic life—will discuss the decline of civic leadership culture and what it means for cities like Nashville.
A happy hour will precede the lecture followed by a mediated Q&A.
Aaron Renn is a writer and consultant whose work focuses on culture, cities, institutions, and religion. He is known for his influential “three worlds” framework describing the changing cultural position of Christianity in America.
Renn has served as a Senior Fellow at the Manhattan Institute and the American Reformer, and his writing has appeared in outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, The Atlantic, and The Guardian.
He is the author of Life in the Negative World and publishes widely on civic leadership, men’s issues, and the transformation of American society.
This event is for the benefit of The Pamphleteer, Nashville and free for paid subscribers.
