Kid's Capoeira Class:
Taught by @BrettHoebel, this is a fun Brazilian martial arts class blending movement, live music, and play! Kids build confidence, coordination, and rhythm through games, basic acrobatics, Capoeira moves, and singing Capoeira songs—all in a fun, safe, non-contact setting. Join us for dropin classes on Sundays at 10am in Concert Park, Playa Vista!
Adult Capoeira Class:
Get ready to move! Taught by @BrettHoebeel, our Capoeira session blends dynamic warm-ups, partner drills, playful animal movements and games, progressive flow sequences, and striking on pads—all set to the rhythm of live music!
Samba Class:
Join us for a beginner-friendly Samba class open to all—men and women alike! Led by the vibrant @SambaMusaMaya, we’ll explore the joyous rhythms and movements of this Brazilian dance—no experience required!
Live Music:
Enjoy live music and drumming by @DancaCapoeira! Whether you’re in the Capoeira class, the Samba session, or just celebrating at the event, feel the rhythm and join in on the dance floor!
Parking:
Parking in the neighborhood is LIMITED, so please allow extra time to park respectfully and do not block neighboring homes or driveways. Check all street signs to avoid tickets and towing. Carpooling, rideshare, biking, and walking are always encouraged.
