This is our fortnightly co-working meetup, organized by the AI Builders group.
We started this group to break the isolation of the remote routine and bring genuine human connection back into the mix. It's just a relaxed space to share ideas, debug together, collaborate, or simply co-work alongside people who get the lifestyle.

🕒 Event Format
2:00 PM – Coffee & Catch-up: We gather at delayed lunchtime for a coffee, food, and casual chats. This is the perfect time to share what you're working on, swap travel tips, or just ease into the afternoon.
2:30 PM – Focus & Flow: We transition into a few hours of quiet, focused work. Put your headphones on, pull up your IDE or project board, and let's get things done.
5:00ish PM – Wind Down: For those interested, we’ll grab a drink, a bite to eat, or both to toast a productive afternoon.
📋 Co-working Etiquette
To keep the energy productive and welcoming for everyone, we have three simple guidelines:
RSVP & Keep it updated: Space is limited at the venue. If your plans change, please update your RSVP so another builder can take your spot.
Protect the flow state: To keep distractions minimal during deep work blocks, please aim to arrive either around 2:00 PM or 2:30 PM. If you have to arrive outside these windows, please slide in quietly.
Step away for calls: If you need to attend a virtual meeting or pick up a phone call, please move a few tables away to keep the main area quiet for those focusing.

📍 About the Venue
By night, it’s a lively social hub, but during the day, Vega is a quiet, sun-drenched spot with panoramic views of the Glasgow skyline. It offers fast, free Wi-Fi and an aesthetic atmosphere that is highly conducive to creative focus.
Getting there: Access is via Yotel Glasgow. Take the elevator straight up to the Vega Bar on the top floor (7th floor).
