EQ6 Adelaide: A Two-Day Leadership Lab
EQ6 is a new leadership framework designed for the emotional complexity of modern work.
Integrating emotional intelligence with contemporary leadership practice, EQ6 helps leaders recognise, understand, and respond to the emotional signals shaping teams, decisions, and organisational culture.
The framework was developed through doctoral research in psychology and tested across multiple leadership cohorts, and has already demonstrated a 96% overall impact rating among participants.
At its core, EQ6 recognises that most leadership challenges involve three domains of human experience: emotions, people, and reality. This two-day flagship gathering offers an immersive introduction to the complete EQ6 model.
Day One (Thursday 7 May)
1. Detection – accepting emotions
2. Connection – accepting people
3. Reflection – accepting reality
Day Two (Friday 8 May)
4. Regulation – altering emotions
5. Communication – altering people
6. Motivation – altering reality
Lunch, refreshments, and premium program resources are included with each registration.
Note: EQ6 is designed as a two-day immersive experience, with participants expected to attend both days. To further support meaningful conversation and reflection, participation is limited to 12 participants.
