One on One: Where We Bloom Photo Exhibition

​Cultivated by sisterhood, trust, nature, discovery, and mentorship–One on One welcomes a cohort of young women and girls each summer to step into the outdoors. 

In collaboration with our partners at Arc'Teryx Toronto, this photo exhibition spotlights those who bravely took a chance with us year after year.

What is One on One?

One of Kickback's core programs that places emphasis on how the outdoors can provide new opportunities to discover the world and yourself. Kicked off with two cohorts (boys & girls) traveling to various Canadian destinations, this 8-month initiatives increases outdoor exposure, makes room for new friendships, and helps build community leaders from the city through dedicated mentorship.
