About Event

Many highly capable people with strong skills in their core functions (e.g. engineering, product, design, etc.) do not always receive the recognition, rewards, or outcomes that match their capabilities.

Their biggest challenge especially in scaled/scaling companies is stakeholder management, especially when dealing with difficult or energy-draining stakeholders. This challenge becomes even more critical as one moves into senior roles.

AI is now adding another layer of friction given so much uncertainties it brings in.

I have designed a workshop to ace stakeholder management based on my experience of what has worked across companies of different sizes and stages.

In this fully hands-on workshop, we will cover frameworks and approaches including:

  • Identifying the stakeholders most critical to your success

  • Understanding stakeholder motivations, expectations and influence

  • Personalizing communication and collaboration styles for different stakeholders

  • Handling challenging stakeholder situations - case studies

  • Coping up with additional challenges that AI brings to this topic

By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with:

  • A clearer understanding of their stakeholder landscape

  • Greater awareness of gaps and opportunities in their current approach

  • Practical next steps to strengthen stakeholder relationships

Duration: 2 hours

Note: You will spend lot of time doing exercises to apply some frameworks to your own stakeholder situations. So please carry a laptop or a notebook and pen.
