CHEDI CoP

​CHEDI – Clinicians for Health Equity, Diversity & Inclusion is a Community of Practice (CoP) with the North Sound Accountable Community of Health. It is a collaborative community of practice for licensed, patient-facing clinicians committed to advancing health equity across the North Sound region. Rooted in a targeted universalism approach, this space centers representation, education, and policy as pathways to equitable care and healthier communities. Members come together for dialogue, elevating clinical insight, and building collective strategies to reduce inequities at the community level. Through reflection, action, and partnership, CHEDI cultivates a network of clinicians equipped to influence systems, amplify historically underrepresented voices, and transform the conditions that shape health.
