Group Coaching: Navigating Two Identities as an Immigrant Founder
You carry two worlds with you. One is the place, culture, and family that shaped you. The other is the founder you’re becoming here, in a startup ecosystem with its own unspoken rules.
Most days you move between them without thinking. But building a company puts pressure on that seam. You translate yourself in pitch meetings. You weigh your family’s expectations against the risks you’re choosing. You lean on instincts that served you well back home, and wonder which ones still fit. And most immigrant founders navigate all of this quietly, on their own.
This session is a space to explore it together.

What’s group coaching?
It’s a facilitated conversation where a small group explores a shared challenge together. Instead of advice or presentations, you get powerful questions, space to reflect, and the perspectives of peers who are living the same thing. Everything shared stays in the room.
Together we’ll explore:
Where your two identities pull against each other, and where they make you stronger
The parts of yourself you’ve been editing out, and what it costs you as a leader
What it looks like to build and lead as your whole self
Not a panel. Not a pitch night. Just an honest, facilitated conversation with founders who understand the journey because they’re on it too. You’ll leave with fresh clarity and real connections.
