6:00 PM: doors open, pizza dinner is served
6:15-6:45 PM: Framer team-led guided website demo and build.
6:45-8:00 PM: Open building time with Framer representatives available to assist and answer questions.

Accessible Entrances:
The basement level from the driveway off of Ring Road, beside the shipping and receiving area, is automated.
The main level door facing the Grad House is automated (Student Access Van drop-off location).
A tunnel to the Arts Lecture Hall (ALH) is located on the Southwest side of the first floor.
Elevator Accessibility – An elevator is available to ensure ease of access for individuals with mobility needs. The elevator is located on the West side of the first floor. If you require an elevator on the day of the event, please email us immediately – since Velocity does not usually have access to the elevator, we will need to arrange access to ensure you can use it. Not emailing us ahead of time may result in your unfortunately not being able to access the event space.
Washrooms with accessible stall – located on the Southwest, South, and Northwest side of the first floor.
Campus Ambassador Support – A dedicated representative available to assist individuals with impairments. Please either email us ahead of time ([email protected]) if you may need assistance or let us know at event check-in.
Quiet Room Access – A calm, private space available for anyone who may need a moment of rest or sensory relief. This room may change according to availability - please let any of the Velocity staff or Campus Ambassadors know if you need this room, and they will be happy to point you in the right direction.
Amplified Audio at Events – Use of microphones to ensure clear and inclusive communication during all events.
