À propos de l'événement
Sometimes, your startup doesn’t go the way you want it to. In this workshop, we’ll cover the basics of winding down your startup, such as understanding your options, managing your obligations, communicating and negotiating with stakeholders. While we hope this never happens to you, it’s good to be prepared so you can work from a place of rational planning rather than panic.
This session will be led by Jaclyn Siu, founder and CEO of Starcycle (and NYU alumna). Having founded 3 companies, and having had to wind down 2 of them, she draws from her experience as a serial entrepreneur and investor to build tools to help founders shut down their companies, so they can let go faster and move forward to new adventures.
