Live Pitch Clinic with David Goldberg and Anthony Rose
Build Your Investor-Ready Pitch in One Day
A hands-on, intensive workshop for founders who want to build a stronger investor pitch—and deliver it with confidence.
You know your business. You know the opportunity. But can you communicate it in a way that makes investors understand the potential, believe in you, and want to continue the conversation?
On September 23, join a small group of founders for a full-day working session designed to help you assess the pitch you have today, identify what’s missing, and turn it into a sharper, more compelling investor presentation.
Led by Anthony Rose, CEO of SeedLegals, and David Goldberg, CEO of Prosody.center, the workshop combines the two sides of a successful pitch: what you say and how you say it.
What You’ll Work On
Build the right investor story
Learn how to structure your pitch around what investors need to understand: your opportunity, differentiation, competition, financials, traction, scalability, and why now. You’ll identify unnecessary information, close gaps in your narrative, and make the value of your business easier to grasp.
Deliver it with confidence and credibility
A strong deck isn't enough. Learn how to establish a strong first impression, create buy-in, manage nerves, use your voice effectively, and communicate with the composure and authority investors expect from a founder.
Test and refine your pitch
Put your pitch in front of others and discover where your audience leans in, where you lose them, and what needs to change. You’ll use live feedback to tighten both your messaging and delivery.
Rehearse and get expert feedback
Practise your investor pitch and receive direct feedback designed to help you make it clearer, stronger, and more persuasive.
Bonus: Marketing Session
The day will also include a focused bonus session on marketing, giving you another perspective on how to communicate your company and opportunity effectively.
What You’ll Leave With
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have:
A written, refined investor pitch
A clearer understanding of your strengths and gaps
Practical techniques for presenting with confidence
Real-world feedback on your messaging and delivery
Specific next steps for continuing to improve your pitch
Greater insight into what can move an investor from listening to wanting to know more
Who Should Attend?
This workshop is designed for founders and startup leaders at different stages of the fundraising journey.
Whether you're preparing to pitch for the first time or have pitched before and know your presentation could be stronger, the goal is the same: leave with a better pitch than the one you walked in with.
Registration: $500
Co-founder: Bring a co-founder for an additional $50 to cover food and drinks.
Come prepared to work on your business, test your ideas, and practise your pitch—not simply take notes.
