Decagon is one of the hottest companies right now, but the biggest challenges that most product manager and forward deployed engineering candidates face are they don't know how to get an interview with them, nor do they know how to prepare for the interview if they land one.

Decagon is a really special company.

Their forward deployed engineers are called agent deployment engineers and also agent development managers.

Decagon still hires for product managers, but they also have agent product managers.

We have two objectives for the live training.

Our first objective is to provide you with a list of strategies that you can utilize to secure an interview for either of these roles beyond just applying directly to their ATS or hoping a friend can refer you.

Applying for any role for any company these days through the traditional applicant tracking system just isn't effective, and even when it is, it's not happening fast enough.

Most of us, unfortunately, do not have friends that work at such awesome companies and are also struggling to be able to get an interview referral.

We will provide you with a list of strategies that you can utilize to increase your chances of generating an interview, but also how you can structure your resume to match these roles, even though these titles do not exist in virtually any other company.

The second objective of the live training is to help you best prepare for the interview, because they are special and do things differently, that also means they interview differently.

If you are going into this interview just like any other, you are most likely not going to advance very far, and even if you do, your chances of securing an offer are pretty slim.

Don't worry if we got you.

Be sure to show up to the live training on time, and don't forget to stay all the way until the end, where we will provide you with a full resource guide on how you can up your chances on securing the interview, as well as converting the offer.

You got this, folks.

Please don't forget to subscribe to our Tech Careers Discord, because all of the resources will be dropped into Discord.

We will also be hosting similar training sessions for the hottest companies in the coming weeks (let us know if there are other companies you want us to add to the list in Discord) such as:

  • Anthropic

  • Ode by Anthropic

  • OpenAI

  • Palantir

  • Cognition

  • Decagon

  • Gamma

  • Notion

  • Cursor

  • Lovable

  • Legora

  • Harvey AI

  • Replit

  • Genspark

  • ElevenLabs

  • Apple

  • NVIDIA

  • Kalshi

  • Polymarket

  • Netflix

  • TikTok

  • Tesla

  • Amazon

  • Figma

PS

You are only one application and one interview away from securing your next role and you absolutely have what it takes to work at one of these amazing companies.

Most of your peers are coasting until 2027, and that is the biggest mistake to make because the most hiring is actually done at the very last minute, in Q4, all the way into New Year's Day.

You're too smart to let this opportunity pass on by anyways.

Hiring teams have a budget that, if they don't use, they will lose before the end of the year. Now is the best time for you to swoop in and grab all these roles for yourself.
