Breathing is an excellent tool for cultivating present moment awareness. It's also great for calming your nervous system and relieving stress.
Join me for a short, beginner-friendly breath work class and meditation designed for folks who don't always feel comfortable sitting still. Wiggling, stimming and all forms of movement are acceptable and encouraged throughout our practice. All levels of experience and participation are welcome!
