​Ever wondered how to buy or sell a home with solar on it?

​John Nichols, a licensed realtor (who's had a few deals slowed by solar), and Kate Collardson (a solar veteran who now works with realtors to make sure homes with solar are sale-ready) are gonna tell us everything we need to know.

When:

​Thursday, May 21st from 6:00–8:00 PM

​Where:

​The Fi Collective at 712 Main Street, Longmont CO, 80501

​What:

​A chance for anyone who may be buying or selling a solar home soon to meet industry people and hear a presentation from experienced solar real estate veterans.

​Who Should Come:

​Anyone who's thinking of buying or selling a home soon, OR anyone interested in sustainability, including Greentech founders, backyard DIY solar nerds, sustainable agriculture enthusiasts, clean‑energy policy advocates, and anyone else curious about making an impact.

​Schedule:

• ​6:00–6:30 PM: Settling in and networking

• ​6:30–7:30 PM: Speakers will present and answer any questions from the audience.

• ​7:30–8:30 PM: Networking and winding down

​Note:

​MMMHQ is a co‑working space, not a bar. We’ll have a very small amount of beer and wine on hand, but if you want a specific drink, bring it!
