Blending guided reflection, intentional conversation, and curated music, this experience invites you to slow down, tune inward, and explore what expansion looks like in this season of your life.
Hosted in a cozy café setting, the evening will feature reflective prompts and community dialogue designed to spark clarity, confidence, and self-trust. The experience will be guided by Fanny Tristan, LCSW, psychotherapist, coach, and Founder of Her Soul Supply, a women’s empowerment platform and social club for women of color.
Guests will enjoy complimentary non-alcoholic aperitifs while connecting in meaningful conversation. Café bites and cocktails will also be available for purchase.
