We start by slowing down. You’ll be guided through simple prompts to help you reflect, declutter your thoughts, and reconnect with yourself.
No need to be “good at journaling”, just show up and write.
Mobility & gentle movement
Release tension from desk posture: hips, back, neck. Slow, intentional, accessible.
Recovery station
Recovery drinks by BRAINEFFECT.
