How to lead in a male dominated industry

What does it take to build a career and take up space in an industry traditionally dominated by men?

Join us for an talk with Taia, COO at Butcher’s Lab, a CrossFit gym in Copenhagen. Taia will share her experience of building a career without a traditional degree, leading through people, operations and community, and finding her place in a male-dominated industry.

We’ll talk about leadership, imposter syndrome, taking up space and creating your own path when there isn’t a traditional playbook to follow.

After the talk, you’ll also have the opportunity to join a CrossFit workout at Butcher’s Lab - completely free!
