A 50-minute exhilarating, low-impact, high-intensity, beat-based cycling class designed to energize both body and mind.
Every year when the clocks fall back, Canadians gain an extra hour, but most of us spend it scrolling, streaming, or stressing instead of truly recharging. Guided by motivating instructors who bring their own unique energy to every ride, this ride will encourage you to give back to yourself so you can shine in everything that follows.
This exclusive class is part of The Endy Bonus Hour: a weeklong series of wellness events running from November 2 to 8, designed to help Torontonians make the most of their extra hour through movement and mindfulness.
