20:30 - Networking & Drinks
Topics
1. Drone Mapping & AI: From Aerial Data to Actionable Insights
A technical deep-dive into applying computer vision and ML models to orthoimagery captured by UAVs. We'll explore the pipeline from raw aerial data to automated analysis, covering practical challenges in agriculture, infrastructure monitoring, and environmental assessment.
2. Building Better AI Teams: The Human Architecture Behind Machine Intelligence
AI project success depends less on model architecture and more on team architecture. This talk examines how to structure cross-functional AI teams, bridge the gap between ML engineers and domain experts, and create accountability frameworks that work for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3. AI as a Tool for Innovation: Strategic Adoption and Workforce Transformation
How organizations leverage AI for product innovation, creative workflows, and new market opportunities. We'll discuss building stakeholder trust in AI systems, case studies from companies successfully deploying AI products, and evolving skill requirements for engineering teams in the AI era.
