​Born in NY state and raised in a Russian diasporic family, Michael Tsurikov grew up in an environment that heavily emphasized hospitality and sharing food. These values have been reinforced through his living and working abroad, learning new cooking methods and helping open and run restaurants and projects throughout the US and Mexico. Michael is a graduate of Le Cordon Blue, and his cooking relies heavily on seasonal ingredients, slow cooking, fermentation, and the playful fusion of complimentary cuisines
