In this one-hour session, Career Coach Julia Holian and Leadership Coach Amy Sanchez will share practical strategies to help executives position themselves effectively during the interview process and build early momentum upon stepping into a new role.
Julia will focus on how executives can stand out during interviews by clearly demonstrating how they solve meaningful business problems and create value for the organization. She will also share practical guidance on preparing for interviews and communicating executive presence from the very first interaction.
Amy will focus on transitioning into the role itself, exploring where executives should prioritize their attention during their first 90 days to build credibility, align with stakeholders, and set themselves up for long-term success. She will also discuss the inflection points leaders often face when moving from Director to VP and from VP to the C-suite.
