Beyond Prompts: AI Strategies for Leaders
A Practical Workshop for Founders, Leaders, Investors, Managers, and Strategists.
If everyone is using the same 'magic button' to generate work, your competitive advantage isn't your prompts—it’s your perspective. Don't just automate the work; elevate the decision.
Join Reworld and Glen Caruso (Founder of Decision Lab AI) to learn the art of AI orchestration. The workshop designed for those who are responsible for outcomes, not just execution.
This is not a "how-to-prompt" session. It is a masterclass in maintaining Decision Authority in an AI-augmented world.
➤ Why This Workshop?
Lisbon is full of technical AI events. This is different. We address the "Agentic Gap"—the space between deploying an autonomous workflow and maintaining professional accountability.
When AI starts doing the work instead of just suggesting it, your value shifts from being a good 'prompter' to being a good 'director.' We will explore how to automate the work without delegating your judgment.
➤ Core Themes:
The Responsibility Gap: Understanding where AI synthesis ends and human accountability must begin; why using AI is no longer differentiating, how decisions are made is.
The Art of Subtraction: Using AI to filter noise and focus on the 20% of actions that drive 80% of business results.
Defensible Decisions: Frameworks for validating agent-led actions before they become irreversible business risks.
Intuition + Data: Identifying the subtle "human context" and cultural nuances that even the most advanced agents miss and how seasoned professionals use their "gut" to course-correct autonomous systems in real-time.
➤ Who Is This For?
Managers and decision-makers from larger organisations
Consultants and independent professionals
SMB owners and operators
Entrepreneurs and startup leaders
Strategists, designers, and knowledge workers managing AI-enabled workflows

➤ About the Facilitator
Glen Caruso is an applied AI strategist and the Founder of Decision Lab AI.
Glen Caruso is an AI strategist and technology operator who helps senior leaders apply AI as a decision-support system, not a productivity shortcut.
He has held senior roles at Microsoft, Oracle, and Adobe, working across data, advertising, and enterprise platforms as organisations navigated major technology shifts. His work has supported leadership teams at large, complex organisations, including globally recognised brands such as Coca-Cola and MetLife, where decisions carried operational, financial, and reputational responsibility.
Earlier in his career, Glen founded Firecracker Digital, a U.S.-based consultancy acquired by BLiNQ Media, one of Facebook’s earliest global advertising partners. Today, Glen leads the Decision Lab AI, advising executives and management teams on real-world AI use in high-accountability environments. He also teaches applied AI and decision-making as faculty at a major U.S. public university. This session is designed for senior professionals and leaders who want clarity, control, and confidence as AI becomes embedded in everyday work.
A huge thank you to our partners and sponsors — their support makes it possible for us to host these high-level conversations!
