What Changes When Every Product Team Starts Building With AI

​As AI moves from isolated experiments into more and more product experiences, organizations quickly face a new challenge: how do you make AI capabilities reusable, governed, and scalable without slowing teams down?

​In this talk, Kevin will share lessons from his team's journey building an AI platform designed to support multiple customer-facing product teams. He will cover where fragmentation tends to emerge, what they chose to centralize, what they deliberately left with product teams, and how they’re trying to create enough structure for teams to move quickly without every group solving the same problems independently.

​The goal is not to present a finished AI operating model, but to share the tradeoffs, evolving assumptions, and messy decisions that come with trying to scale AI across a product organization in practice.
