Join us for a nourishing morning wellness session in collaboration with OMGTea and Carolina Rose Wellness, designed to help you reset, refocus and feel more like yourself again.
What to expect
We’ll begin with a grounding breathwork session led by Carolina Rose, created to restore balance, lift your mood and sharpen focus — a gentle but powerful way to start the day.
You’ll also hear from Katherine Swift, founder of OMGTea, who will introduce the OMGTea Matcha Challenge 2026 and share how matcha has become a daily ritual for thousands of people looking to support their energy, productivity and wellbeing.
And of course, there’ll be time to enjoy a beautifully made OMGTea matcha or matcha latte, on us.
The OMGTea Matcha Challenge
Now in its seventh year, the Matcha Challenge is a simple, feel-good winter reset. The idea is easy: enjoy one serving of matcha a day for 21 days during January or February.
