Who Writes the Transition? Women's Leadership and the New Economy Across South & Southeast Asia

​Convened by Oneworld Colab (OwC), the session will bring together community and practitioner leaders from across South and Southeast Asia to explore what a gender-just transition requires, and who has the power to shape and finance it. We will be joined by leaders from Heifer International, PEGAS PEKKA, Haqdarshak and ARROW for the panel discussion.

​This will be followed by The Funder Fireside- a small, informal conversation focused on what it takes to move from recognising women’s leadership in the transition to actually resourcing and enabling it, including what works, what does not, and what needs to change.

​Our session is intended to create space for those delivering climate solutions to set the agenda, engage directly with funders, and explore what it will take to move more capital towards women-led and grassroots climate action.
