A Day to Disconnect, Create, and Reset
The best gift you can give yourself is the time and space to disconnect, get creative, and make something with your hands.
On October 10, we’re creating exactly that: a one-day creative retreat at DB55. Spend the day thinking, creating across different mediums, sharing lunch, and reconnecting with yourself as the season shifts.

The Itinerary
10:00 – 11:00 | Morning Session (choose one)
Our morning session is designed to start your day ready to create. You'll choose between movement and mediation through yoga or a session of creative prompts and exercises to disconnect, clear your mind and leave everything behind for the day.
For the morning session, you will choose between:
1. Yoga class
2. Creative prompts and exercises
11:00 – 11:30 | Coffee, Tea & Pastries
After your morning session, we will gather for a quick break over coffee, tea and pastries to bring into our creative sessions.
11:30 - 1:00 | Creative Session I (choose one track)
Track A — Clay: Design development through storytelling (developing a design for clay)
Track B — Painting: Emotional painting: exercises in expression and composition
1:00– 2:00 | Lunch
We will be serving a family-style vegetarian lunch with a variety of fresh dishes to choose from.
2:00 – 5:00 | Creative Session II (continue your track)
Track A — Clay: You'll bring your design to life in clay
Track B — Painting: Collective painting: Using what you've learned earlier, you will create a composition together on a giant canvas
Note: your Creative Session I choice determines your track for the afternoon.

Standard: €199
Includes all materials, coffee and tea throughout the day, pastries, and a vegetarian lunch.

Creatives of any background looking to spend a day offline, make something with their hands, and exercise their creative muscle.
Cancellation
This is a one-time event with limited spots, so refunds aren't available. If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket — sell it to someone from our waitlist or find your own replacement to take your spot.
