Sunrise in the 6ix: The Golden Hour Series
The Golden Hour Series — May Gathering
Theme: Return to the Body
There’s something about the first light of the day…
Before the noise.
Before the pace.
Before you’re pulled into everything that needs you—
there’s a moment where you can come back to yourself.
This is that moment.
We’re gathering at sunrise—not just to watch it…
but to meet it.
With your feet in the sand.
With your breath in your body.
With space to soften, move, and arrive fully into yourself.
And to do it in community—
held, witnessed, and alongside others returning to themselves too.
May is a return.
A gentle coming back online after the winter months—
back into sensation, into presence, into the quiet intelligence of your body.
Through a shortened guided somatic breathwork practice, we’ll begin to wake the system—
softly, intentionally—
creating space to release what’s been held
and reconnect to what’s here now.
A guided return—to the quiet aliveness of being here together.
Sunrise: 5:44 AM
We begin just before—while the world is still soft.
This is your invitation to start your day differently.
Not rushed.
Not disconnected.
But rooted, present, and fully in your body.
Come as you are.
Leave more alive.
